 The team is owned and managed by Chris Weller who arrived at the team’s Silverstone base in 1996 with over 10 years of F3 experience. Chris had worked with and helped develop the early careers of GP drivers Roland Ratzenberger, Mika Salo and Ralf Schumacher.
The team now boasts a combined total of over 80 years of F3 and general motorsport expertise and are proud to have helped stars such as Jenson Button, Enrique Bernoldi,  Nicolas Minassian and Andy Priaulx.

First entry into French F3 series
1992
1st and 2nd places in French F3 Championship.
1995  
- Start of 6 year association with Renault.
1996   
- First entry into British F3 Championship.  - 2 Wins and 4th Championship position.
1997
- 8 Wins and 2nd Championship position. - 3rd Place at Macau GP.
1998
- British driver Marc Hynes joins the Team.  - 6 Wins, 2nd Championship position 3rd Place at Macau GP. 
1999
- Jenson Button & Aluizio Coelho join the team- 3 Wins and 3rd Championship position.  - 2nd at Macau GP & South Korea GP
2000  
- Jenson moves to F1 with Williams.- Andy Priaulx & Matt Davies join the team. - Chris Weller takes over company ownership.
2001
- Mugen-Honda engines employed. - Bruce Jouanny (F) & Atsushi Katsumata (J) join the team.- 2nd and 5th places at Korea GP.
2002
- Bruce continues and is joined by Ernani Judice (Br). - Matthew Gilmore (GB) joins team to replace Ernani Judice (22 May)- Jouanny finishes 4th in Championship with 2 wins and 12 podium  finishes, numerous poles, and many fastest laps including Zandvoort Masters and South Korea Superprix
2003   
-Michael Keohane (I), Fairuz Fauzy (Mal) and Richard Antinnuci (USA) gain a  number of podium finishes for the Team. Antinucci finishes 4th in Championship.- Christian England (GB) takes 4 podiums including a win in a limited season in the Scholarship class.
2004
-Danny Watts (GB) drives only Lola Dome in British Championship. Takes first non – Dallara win in British Championship for 11 years, on way to 6th in Championship, including pole position and number of podium finishes. Vas Calasan (F) finishes 3rd in Scholarship Class, with 2 wins and many podiums.
2005
-Lola Works Team in British F3 International Series with Steven Kane and National Class with Charlie Hollings     -Formula BMW UK Championship
2006
British F3 National Class with driver Alex Khateeb for 1st half of season replaced by Alex Waters for 2nd half
2007
British F3 National Class with drivers Alex Waters, Salman Al Khalifa (part season) Richard Singleton 2 races
